Food truck fans on Farragut Square. Rainbow wheels.  It was a Thai day for Fojol Bros. of Merlindia. I realized I didn’t have the cash I needed so they gave me my pad Thai and drunken noodles for free, if I promised to one day return and repay.  #DC
